Pricing 

All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate and are correct at the time of entering the relevant information. Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of those which have already been sent a Dispatch Confirmation. Our site contains a large number of products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. If a products correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection. 

We reserve the right for some prices to differ to our in-store prices due to online promotions or postage and packaging costs. 

 

Methods of Payment 

We accept all major credit and debit cards except American Express and Visa Electron. 
All orders are billed in Pounds Sterling. 

 

Returns and cancellations 

Where goods are not faulty but the customer would like to return them, the goods can only be returned to the company if fully re-saleable, being in an unused condition. 

We reserve the right to cancel the order if: 

  • We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered 
  • The product is no longer available due to manufacturers non supply 
  • We do not deliver to your area (there may be a cancellation fee charged for items ordered from outside our area)

 

If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will reimburse to you any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible, minus the transaction fee.

 

  

Availability of Stock 

All orders are subject to product availability. If the product you have ordered is not available from stock, you will be contacted by e-mail and will have the option to either wait until the item is available or to cancel your order. We will verify your payment information with your card issuer before your order is dispatched. Failure to provide correct billing information or correct card security information will delay your order.   

   

Complaints Procedure 

We handle all complaints fairly, effectively and confidentially. We will make it our priority to deal with any complaints via email, telephone or letter. Crewkerne Horticultural is a family business and have very high standards and will do their best to maintain it.
